My first in a series of brief “Mists Wish” posts in which I list those things, big or small, I am wishing to see in the upcoming Mists of Pandaria expansion to World of Warcraft.
For many years now, I have had this beauty of a Fist Weapon rotting away in my bank, getting a bit funky to be honest, all covered in mold. Granted I will have to farm for it’s mate, but now that Transmogrification is here – I WANT TO ROCK THIS THING!
I mean, look at this weapon! That quite literally defines badass!
How about you? Any wishes for Mists of Pandaria you haven’t seen announced yet? Tell me in the comments!
Cheers!
~Ril

I really hope that with the introduction of monks, fist weapons will make a comeback. There are so many great models from TBC that I want to use for transmog.
That is a fantastic point that I completely overlooked! How could I not think about Monks?! You are absolutely correct, I am certain they will want to utilize Fist Weapons for the Monk class, specifically because now Agility Fists will be usable by more than one Class/Spec combination. Thank you for the comment Sunnier!

Now, you know I generally agree with you on all things Rogue… however I must say you are wrong sir, wrong. Fury Weapons > Phoenix weapons! Not only are they covered in chains and dripping liquid hot magma (said in Dr. Evil voice, naturally) they are named after a Bruce Lee movie! The original Rogue! The OR, as the kids say!
I’m sorry my friend, but I’ll put my Fist of Fury against your Claw of the Phoenix any day!
PS. How’s the little one? :)
Haha, fair enough. As a martial artist and a fan of Bruce Lee, I will give an acknowledging nod. I still hold firm that the Phoenix weapons just appeal to me more.
The little one is… a MONSTER. Then he looks at me and smiles and all is forgiven…
Acknowledging nod accepted. ;)
Ohhhhh man, I don’t want to scare you, but the little monster, will quickly become a BIGGER little monster :) However, the smile and all is forgiven, that not only remains, but gets even stronger! It’s like getting Obi wan’d every time you’re trying to establish that coloring on the wall in the kitchen with a permanent marker is not acceptable.
It is so incredibly frustrating, but at the same time, you can’t help but get all warm and fuzzy just thinking about it :) I told you before, being a father is the greatest thing in life, hands down! Congratulations again!
